OVERVIEW

These tools and educational resources were compiled from a CME/CE activity comprised of both quality improvement (QI) and performance improvement (PI) models. The program was sponsored by Cleveland Clinic Center for Continuing Medical Education in partnership with the Academy for Continued Healthcare Learning (ACHL) and supported by an educational grant from Merck & Company.
